Commission tos

General information about the process and rules.
You have to be over 18 years old to commission me.
1. I’m always open to talking about something you are unsure of. Please ask if you ever get confused with anything! It prevents a lot of uncomfortable situations for both parties.
2. You don’t need to be overly formal as long as I'm getting simple explanations about the commission/references etc.
3. English is not my first language and I will not accept commission applications that have paragraphs in them, keep your reference simple. Use keywords for explanations. An example:
Character: Sly, lively, talkative
Smiles a lot, has a big heart
4 . Keep your reference SFW, simple nudity allowed.
5. I can refuse a commission if I don’t feel comfortable doing it.
6. I have two jobs so commission may take 1-2 months (not including weekends) to finish after you receive your first sketch update. If there's something happening in my life that prevents me from working you will be immediately notified. After sending you an update of the artwork you have 24h to reply to me. If you cannot reply faster, then one day will be added to the time of making the artwork. This is important because I am unable to work on the artwork while waiting for your approval!
7. You cannot send me additional requests such as outfit design and adding additional characters after the type of commission has been established.
8. Things I will not draw: couples that are not adults, characters that are not adults, fetishes, mech, anthro, complex sci-fi/cyberpunk backgrounds, hypersexualized bodies. League of Legends ships.( concept artwork for champions or original characters is fine.)
9. If you wish to be tagged whenever I post the artwork, please give me your Twitter or Tumblr tag!
10. My artwork cannot be used in any commercial/ cannot be used for NFTs etc. Commissions are only for personal use.

Adopt information.

1. Every purchase goes through PayPal and is also upfront.
2. After purchase you will receive an HD of the drawing.
3. I'll ask the winner for their contact email after winning the auction.
4. Adopts come as they are, you cannot change the core design. Things like, different hairstyles, and clothes, adding/removing tattoos are allowed.
5. Turning adopts into a fetish is forbbiden.
Reselling Adopt:
1. You cannot resell an Adopt for more than you paid unless it comes with extra art you commissioned.

Quick commission information.

Quick commissions have their own rules but they share the same core as general information about commissions. The differences are :
1. Quick commissions are done faster around 1/2 weeks. (without weekends)
2. I will not be sharing updates with you as I work.
3. After the work is done you can ask for a small change if you don't like something. Example: Color, facial expressions.1

Quick sketch page information.

1. Quick commissions are done faster around 1/2 weeks. (without weekends)
2. I will give you one update for poses and then I will continue without showing the progress!
3. For now NSFW is not available for this but I want to clarify what is okay to request: Suggestive things are okay, romance, angst, conversation (You can tell me where to add text), fun interactions etc. :)

Payment only through paypal.

1. I will start working after the invoice has been paid. Please send me your email in which you prefer to receive the invoice!
2. Refounds can happen only during sketching.
3. Paypal takes a fee out of refunds. I will not cover it.
4. If you decided to buy an Illustration/Character sheet/Symmetry design/ we will talk about the complexity and after the agreement, the payment will be sent.

As the producer of the artwork, I am allowed to :
1. Share the artwork and use it in my portfolio.
2. Post it on my social media - unless you decided to make the commission private.
3. You have rights to your commission, you may share it and post it wherever you wish. ( Credit required)
4. You can print your commissions.
